Understanding Supporter Engagement
This article explains what your engagement view shows, so you can see how your supporters are responding and who to reach back out to.
Opening your engagement view
Look for View engagement near the top of your supporters area. You can choose a time range — the last 7, 30, or 90 days, or a custom range — to see activity over that period.
What it shows you
- Overall activity — how many posts you shared, how many included photos, and the prayers, loves, and comments they received.
- Your supporter numbers — how many are actively engaging, and how many are new in that period.
- Your top post — whichever update received the most response in the period.
- Your most engaged supporters — the people showing up most consistently for you.
- Supporters who haven't visited lately — people who haven't opened CordLine in the last 30 days.
Using the "haven't visited lately" list well
This isn't a list of people who've stopped caring — life gets busy, and notification settings vary a lot from person to person. Think of it as a gentle nudge: a good moment for a personal message to someone you haven't heard from in a while, not a verdict on the relationship.
Tips
- Use it to say thank you. Your most engaged supporters are an easy, meaningful group to reach out to personally.
- Check in occasionally, not obsessively. Engagement naturally rises and falls — a quiet week doesn't mean something's wrong.
- Combine it with your own sense of the relationship. The numbers are a starting point for outreach, not the whole picture.
