This article explains the ways supporters can respond to a post — praying, reacting, and commenting — and how to see what came back.

Two kinds of reactions

• Praying — a quiet way to let someone know you're standing with them, especially on a prayer request.
• Love — a simple way to show encouragement on any post.

Tap either one on a post to add your reaction; tap again to remove it.

Leaving a comment

Comments sit below a post and are visible to everyone connected to that missionary or organization — not just the two of you. Write your comment and post it like you would anywhere else. Your comment appears as soon as you post it.

Replies and reactions on comments

You can reply directly to someone's comment, and you can react to a comment the same way you'd react to a post. This keeps encouragement threaded to the right moment in the conversation rather than lost in a long list.

Tips

• A reaction is a real signal. Missionaries can see who's praying and who's cheering them on, even from people who never leave a written comment.
• Comments are public to your connections, so keep anything truly private to a direct message instead — see our article on sending private messages and prayer requests.
