What Is Phoebe?

This article introduces Phoebe, CordLine's friendly writing helper for missionaries.

Meet Phoebe

Phoebe is a writing assistant built into CordLine to help you share updates more easily. If you've ever stared at a blank screen not knowing how to start, or gone weeks without posting because writing felt like one more thing on your list, Phoebe is here to help.

Phoebe is named in the spirit of the Phoebe in Scripture who carried and delivered Paul's letter to the Romans — a helper who made sure the message got where it needed to go.

What Phoebe can do

  • Help you start a post when you're not sure how to begin.
  • Turn a few rough notes into a warm, readable update.
  • Learn your writing voice so its suggestions sound like you, not like a robot.
  • Summarize your recent activity so you can catch up at a glance.

What Phoebe is not

Phoebe is a helper, not a replacement for you. It never posts anything on its own — you always read, edit, and approve every update before it goes out. Your voice, your stories, and your relationships stay entirely yours.

Why it helps

The hardest part of staying connected with supporters is often simply finding the words and the time. Phoebe lowers that hurdle, so you can share more often and stay close to the people praying for you.

Getting started

You'll find Phoebe inside CordLine when you're ready to write. The more you use it, the better it gets at sounding like you — see our articles on writing a post with Phoebe and teaching Phoebe your writing voice.
