Using the Ministry Summary Feature

What the summary does

Life on the field is busy, and it's easy to lose track of everything happening across your supporters and posts. Phoebe's summary gathers your recent activity into a short, readable recap — so you can see what's been going on without scrolling through everything.

What it pulls together

A summary can help you catch up on things like:

• Recent engagement from your supporters — who's been praying, reacting, and commenting.
• Highlights from your latest posts.
• A sense of how your supporters are responding, so you know who to thank or follow up with.

Getting a summary

1. Look for the Summarize My Activity option on your dashboard.
2. Tap it to have Phoebe pull together a recap.
3. Read through to catch up on what's happened recently.

Using it as the start of a newsletter or prayer letter

Your summary isn't just for you — it's also a solid starting point if you send a periodic newsletter or prayer letter to your supporters outside of CordLine. Phoebe writes it in a warm, shareable tone specifically so you can copy it, adjust it to sound like you, and drop it into an email. It's a summary of your own recent posts, not a separate document — there's nothing more to set up.

If the summary comes back empty or thin, it usually means there hasn't been much recent activity to pull from — post a little more regularly and your summaries will have more to work with.

• Stay connected. Quickly see which supporters have been engaging so you can send a thank-you or a personal reply.
• Save time, whether you're just catching up or drafting something to send out.
• Never miss encouragement. Supporters' prayers and words of support are easy to overlook when you're busy — the summary helps them surface.
